Order & Payment - All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Shipping & Delivery - Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping is available. Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refund - Customized items and digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. For eligible items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
